EzSupport - EzSupportlite - Collecting Initial Client Data

                                           Using the lite feature of the EzSupport Program                                                 

The EzSupport program includes a separate module, EzSupportlite, which provides a separate Word format form used to collect initial client data. The data required for preparation of the EzSupport is well organized in this form so that your client can easily complete it and return it back to you. Your client should fill in only required data and must not change any other part of the form.

To generate a EzSupport Lite form:

• Go to File > EzSupport Lite > Save EzSupport Lite as Word Form (If your email is set up within default settings, you can choose the option to email the form directly from the program).
• If you do not choose to email directly, this will generate a blank EzSupport form to send to your client.
• Your clients must then complete the form. They need to be sure they complete in Microsoft Word and save in the same format (.doc).

To import a EzSupport Lite form:

• Once you receive the form back, Save it to your computer.
• Within EzSupport go to File > EzSupport Lite > Import EzSupport Lite Form.
• Browse for the file you saved, then open.
• Your data is then imported.

If you receive an error while importing, read the Error Importing EzSupportlite document, also found here in the knowledge base. Although it refers to the New Jersey version, called EzSupportlite, the information is good for any 'lite' file.

• All data provided by the client will be automatically placed in appropriate places within the EzSupport program. You can then review provided information, make required edits and complete remaining sections, such as worksheets.​
